Refund policy
This returns policy applies to products purchased from theminiskidscollection.com.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind, you can return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days if:
- The product is unwashed; and
- Unworn with the original tags attached.
If the item has been damaged in any way the product will not be accepted upon return.
How do I return my order?
To make a return, please email us at: enquiries@theminiskidscollection.com. We will provide you with a returns form to be enclosed with your returned package.
Sale Items
Products that are marked down 40% and above will be final sale and are not eligible for return.
Packaging
Please ensure that all returned items are packaged adequately to ensure there is no damage upon delivery to our facility.
We can only accept returns and exchanges if the following apply:
- Items are unworn/unwashed and in resalable condition;
- In the original packaging with tags;
- Adequately packaged for transit; and
- Returns form included in parcel.
Returns and Exchanges
In the event that you receive a faulty item, we will provide you with a full refund. Please send photo evidence to enquiries@theminiskidscollection.com. Once the faulty item is assessed, we will send you a refund upon the item being received back into our facility.
Please note that The Minis has the right to assess the age and condition of the faulty item.
Returns for faulty or wrong items will be eligible for exchange when they are returned to our facility within 30 days of the purchase date. Items returned beyond this date will not be accepted by The Minis. Returns will be accepted where the items are:
- Unworn, undamaged and unmarked;
- In the original condition and original packaging; and
- With original labels and tags.
