Domestic (Within Australia)
- Standard shipping (2-8 business days) - $10.00 flat rate
- Express shipping (1-4 business days) - $15.00 flat rate
Local Sydney Delivery
- Minimum spend of $80 AUD
- Must reside within the local delivery zone
- Orders placed before 4 pm eligible for next day delivery
- Available Monday - Friday
International
- Standard shipping (6-20 business days)
- Shipping cost calculated at checkout based on delivery location and weight
Delivery estimates should be used as a general guide only. Shipping time frames are exclusive of Customs processing.
Delays & Customs
Please know, we are working as fast as we can to meet all delivery times but sometimes there may be delays. This can occur for a number of reasons including but not limited to courier delays, logistics and bad weather.
If your package is delayed, please know that we will keep you updated as much as possible.

Customs
Items for delivery outside of Australia may have to be cleared through customs.
Some countries charge a duty or tax on imported parcels over a certain value. If your order exceeds this amount, you may be asked to pay a duty fee to receive your order.
Important Notes:
- The Minis does not cover import liabilities that are applied by the government of the destination country
- The Minis will not be held liable or responsible for custom delays, duties or taxes that may apply
- The Minis do not have control over these fees and cannot estimate how much these will be as they vary widely per country and per order value
- Duties and taxes are non-refundable
- In the event that you refuse to pay these fees, your parcel may be destroyed and a replacement or refund cannot be offered
Please contact your local Customs office for more information on charges for your country prior to purchasing and to better understand the threshold in your country.
Frequently Asked Questions
I haven't received a confirmation email and I placed my order over 24 hours ago, what shall I do?
Confirmation emails can sometimes go into your spam/junk folders so please check this first. If you still do not have this, please email: enquiries@theminiskidscollection.com with your order number and we will be able to assist.
How much does shipping cost?
Domestic orders:
- Standard: $10.00 flat rate shipping
- Express: $15.00 flat rate shipping
International orders:
- Calculated at checkout, based on delivery location and weight
I entered the wrong address, what do I do?
Please email enquiries@theminiskidscollection.com ASAP with your correct address and we will do our absolute best to amend this. Please note, we cannot guarantee that we will get to you in time due to the high volume of orders and requests received daily, especially on launch days.
If your order has already been shipped from our Warehouse, we are now unable to edit your address and it is your responsibility to contact the courier to have this amended on their end. If the wrong address is provided, we are unable to refund your purchase or provide a replacement.
How do I track my order?
To track your order, please click the link in your dispatch email. Make sure to check your junk/spam folders too. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to activate.
If you still haven't received this, please contact enquiries@theminiskidscollection.com with your Order Number.
My tracking says delivered, but I haven't received it!?
If your package is missing, please have a look around your property to see if it was tucked away out of sight. Please check around all entrances, including around the garage. If applicable, please check your mail room or front desk reception. You could also check with other members of your household and neighbours to see if they received the package on your behalf as we do see this happen quite often.
It is your responsibility to contact your local post office and locate the parcel. If you still cannot locate your parcel, please email enquiries@theminiskidscollection.com and we will be happy to assist, however please know we cannot refund a missing but delivered parcel.
Will I be charged Duties and Taxes?
Items for delivery outside of Australia may have to be cleared through customs and be subject to duties and taxes levied by the destination country. We do not have control over these fees and cannot estimate how much these will be as they vary widely per country.
It is your responsibility to contact your local Customs office for more information on charges for your country prior to purchasing.
Can Duties and Taxes be refunded?
Duties and Taxes are non-refundable as they are required for import by the Governmental body of your country and The Minis do not collect or handle these fees.
